What should a user do in case of late or missing refunds?

Do we have return policy?
Return any product for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a refund equal to the amount paid for the product (not including shipping charges).To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3601, 104th Street Urbandale Iowa US 50322
How do we send you refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
